BEC has payment centres at three locations in Nassau

Our business hours are Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Cheque depository drop boxes are located at the entrance of The BEC Administration Office on Blue Hill & Tucker Roads, and the Mall-at-Marathon Office. Only cheque payments are to be deposited via the drop box. Cheques are removed from the drop box at 8:30 a.m. each weekday for processing.

If your account is subject to disconnection, do not place your payments in the drop box or make payments at any of the banks. Instead, make payment directly at the cashiers' window at any of our offices.

Consumers can also make payments at branch offices of the Royal Bank of Canada or Scotia Bank, Bank of the Bahamas, and First Caribbean Bank.
