Information for Private Infrastructure Contractors
Only approved infrastructure contractors are permitted to carry out work in subdivisions, provided the subdivision has been approved by the Ministry of Works and prior approval from BEC is obtained.
Submissions to the Corporation must be made in accordance with the Corporation's Private Contractor Submissions Requirement document. Copies of this document can be obtained from the Corporation's Planning Department by approved contractors or downloaded by the link below.
